I put this setback mostly at the feet of the Sussexes' business team. Nobody with any business or legal nous with a US background would allow these sort of mistakes, such as signing the wrong papers, to go ahead. Nor does there seem to be anyone in charge of outgoing bills and expenses, especially due bills to US Govt departments. Meghan does not have business and/or legal expertise. However, Gwyneth Paltrow doesn't either and yet her business appears to work faultlessly. Meghan has just got to learn to take advice and allow her team to get on with the things they are expert in, using their knowledge without interference.

Good to read that Meghan and Harry have enjoyed an evening out with friends. So much for the snide remarks by Lady C and others online that they are on the verge of breaking up, living apart, seeing divorce lawyers etc and other rubbish.

Why is 'sick' in the DM article referring to Meghan in apostrophes? Apparently this rag is inferring that she is lying. Where is their proof that Meghan is not ill? Apparently nobody is allowed to be unwell without their permission! What arrogance!

All that the supposed journos were annoyed about was the clickbait loss because they could have squeezed another three or four stories out if she had been there, a la her dress and makeup, body language between the couple, who she spoke to etc. A male is intrinsically less interesting. Especially as Harry was in fine spirits, joking and smiling and presenting just fine.

IF this is true (and who knows with the Fail, lol) then it is good and incidentally gives the lie to all those SM outlets who say that the Sussexes are struggling for money. Eugenie and Jack will almost certainly be spending some time in Portugal because of Jack's business, wherever August will be going to school. The couples are close and will probably catch up in the school holidays.

Of course the reviews on Meghan's lifestyle show (mainly from the UK media) were terrible. I could have predicted that weeks ago. Anything and everything the Sussexes try in their life gets it in the neck from them.

However, Meghan is still today at Number 6 on the Netflix chart for viewing. That is certainly not bad, and she is there in spite of all her foes who want her to fail and be kicked into the dust. Didn't happen.

Who knows what the future will bring but one thing's for sure. Meghan keeps on trying, and will continue to do so, whatever her enemies in the British media throw at her and whatever they say.

She and Harry are still standing, happy and together, and living the good life in California with their two children.

Meghan's lifestyle series 'With Love, Meghan' has been renewed for a second season it's been announced. Filming on the first series has already finished. So all that negativity about Meghan's show from onlookers and the media has been for nothing!

People can, for day by day purposes, call themselves whatever they like. We don't know what she signs professional documents like contracts as. Could be Meghan Markle, her professional name as an actress since her late teens and perfectly legal. I believe that Meghan was just making the point to her friend in the series that the family go by Sussex (Harry's ducal title) in their everyday lives. She is, as Harry's wife, the Duchess of Sussex.

As many members of the aristocracy sign themselves by their ducal names, 'Norfolk' for instance, for the Duke of, Gerald Duke of Westminster, signed himself by his ducal name as well, and many others do and have done. It's a ducal custom centuries old. And royals often just sign books, documents etc with their first name.

William and Harry went by the name 'Wales' at school and in the army/airforce, and I wouldn't be at all surprised to hear that William's children are doing that now. So if the Sussexes like their ducal surname and wish to call themselves by it, then that is entirely up to them.
