Queen Mathilde glowed in green as she arrived at Paris City Hall on Tuesday to attend a meeting with mayor of the capital.

Alongside King Phillippe, 64, Mathilde, 51, greeted Mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo before entering the city hall where they attended a meeting as part of their state visit to France.

Pupils from two Brussels primary schools – the Centre pédagogique Jules Anspach and the Basisschool Leidstar – set off to discover the biodiversity of the Royal Domain of Laeken this morning. Before starting their walk, the King went to meet them. Every year, the Royal Domain welcomes hundreds of pupils from the Brussels Region for walks dedicated to the fauna and flora of this preserved natural setting in the heart of the city.
