I didn't say she is giving private information....I said she is making money off the back of them...and she is.  Who would give her the time of day, otherwise?

Say what you will about Pippa, but I don't remember her ever giving information about W&K to the media.  Ever.  She's certainly trying to sell HERSELF, but that's very different than selling her sister and brother-in-law's private information.
She has nothing to give but information on her sister, private or not, she has accomplished nothing else but having an older sibling who is a Princess, she has done nothing else worthy of an interview... Her sister's relationship with her is the only thing she has to sell...

I don't think there is a 2nd baby yet for Kate.  But, I do believe there will be another baby for Kate in 2015 in  Spring /Summer/ Autumn/ Winter?

2015 Royal Baby Year
Duchess of Cambridge
Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden
HGD Stephanie of Luxembourg
Others??

Obviously the reason people are interested in Pippa and she gets media attention is because of who her sister is.  But has she ever actually given out information about Kate or Will?  As I said, I can't think of a single time she has.

Limabeany

Practically, all she does is talk about her sister just nothing juicy... But, all interviews show how obvious it is that Kate is the only reason she is being interviewed.

QuoteWith less than a week to go until Prince George's first birthday, bookmakers have suspended betting on a royal pregnancy announcement this month after a flurry of bets were placed overnight.
The bets, which were placed with bookmakers Coral, were made online and in quick succession - enough, said a spokesman for the betting firm, to set alarm bells ringing.

Most prominent was a report in Australian magazine New Idea, which alleged that a friend of the Duchess has confirmed the pregnancy rumours.
Jessica Hay, who confirmed the Duchess of Cambridge's first pregnancy in November 2012,
is said to have told the tabloid that the Duchess is expecting with an announcement to follow 'within months'.
'Kate's inner circle are buzzing with the news that she is pregnant,' said Hay, according to the Australian magazine.
'I've heard it from several different friends of theirs now and they're saying that they think there's going to be an official announcement in weeks.'
Hay, who attended Marlborough College with the Duchess, added, 'Kate's face is fuller like it was when she was first expecting George and she's been changing her hair, which could be to disguise the fullness.
'She has rosy cheeks, she's letting her greys show again, and whenever she's out in public she goes to great lengths to hold something over her tummy.'

Just to piss people off and give the middle finer to the speculators, I hope they only have one baby. If they go for 2, not for 3-4 more years.

Jenee

While I understand where you are coming from, I hope that Kate and William don't make their family planning decisions based on how the public react!! Raising a family is an incredible responsibility, and shouldn't be based on whether they feel like giving speculators the middle finger or not. If Kate and William are ready for baby 2, more power to them!! And if they want a bigger gap between their kids, they aren't so old yet that they can't wait another year or two.

I remember that W-A and Max had Amalia "announce" by way of the royal communications that she was going to be a big sister. Speculation that Maxima was pregnant with her second child had begun weeks before when she sported a small bump at Princess/Queen Juliana's funeral.

Maybe the Cambridges will have their son "share" the news too the public in a creative manner when the time comes.

^^ That would be cute, TLLK.

Someday when my husband and I decided to have a child, we want to announce it somehow with our dog being a big brother.  That's so corny I'm going to hide under this chair: :hide:

Then I'm going to coax you out when you're ready. That is an adorable way to announce a pregnancy.

I would love it  if Kate and William Let George announce it to the world like that .  Instead of the Firm writing  a boring tweet or emails.  :orchid:

Agree with you, Jenee.  The timing of the babies and whether they even want more babies is the business of the couple, no one else's.  Having said that, bring on more babies!!   :happy20:

Women are happily having children into their 40's now so there's nothing stopping them waiting longer or extending their family when in their 40's as well.

Thank goodness they're not so old yet (says the 31 year old spinster )

I agree, their family planning should be up to them.  I remember people were complaining that she didn't get pregnant her first year of marriage, and were using that as a sign that there must be trouble in the relationship.

You're not a spinster at 31!!!!! Didn't marry until I was 34!

Orchid

Isn't it annoying how an unmarried woman is deemed "a spinster" (derogatory - something must be wrong with her); whilst an unmarried man is deemed to be an "eligible bachelor" (to be celebrated and "caught" a la Mr Clooney).

"Spinster" is better than "old maid", which is what my grandmother used to call her three unmarried sisters.  But I prefer "bachelorette".  I was 33 when I got married.  Takes time to find the right one. :)

I must admit I dislike all labels that serve to denote someone's "status".

IMO it should only be applied to those (male or female) who can actually use a spinning wheel!! Only required to spin flax into thread not gold.

If I recall Princess Anne had to designate her occupation as a "spinster" on her marriage license.  I wonder if her mother, aunt, etc...had to do the same.

Youre right they shouldnt make family planning plans just to give a middle finger; I just feel this speculation and push for another baby is quite disgusting. Like a child is just a thing that makes the masses drool akin to the announcement of a new ipod.
