Harry will be going to Belize, Jamaica and the Bahamas for his Jubilee tour. (No Tuvalu, the Cambridges get that!)

Here's the list from the Palace about where everyone is going:

Looks like they've got everything covered.

Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are set to carry out a tour of several Commonwealth Nations - they will carry out the tour as part of The Queen's Diamond Jubilee Celebrations. In their travels, they will visit Malaysia, Singapore, the Solomon Islands and Tuvalu.

It will be their second overseas tour following their visit to Canada earlier this year while for Prince Harry it will mark his first official overseas visit on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen - the Prince will visit the Commonwealth Realms of Belize and Jamaica in the Caribbean and the Bahamas.

The dates haven't been disclosed, but I would think before or immediately after the first week of June 2012, of the Central Weekend of HM Diamond Jubilee.

From end of July to beginning of September 2012, I think Prince Harry will be busy in his Ambassador role to the London 2012 Olympics.

Harry always manages to get the best assignments  Good for him! He should learn Spanish, then he can get assigned to the Caribbean all the time!

I know Charles is the next in line, but I cannot help feeling that employing the younger set, Cambridges and Harry in the more prominent countries would have been a better choice. We will only hear more complaints and comparisons between dutiful present Queen and then Charles and how it is a better idea to abolish monarchy after HM passes away. I feel that W&K or PH would not garner the same reaction, in fact they may get the opposite reaction.

Last time PC visited Canada, there were articles talking about how great it would be to have a King Harry, and I don't think he's ever visited Canada or New Zealand. I think he's gone to Australia, but don't know if in any official capacity. The best strategy would be to get the three to the countries where Republican sentiments are high.

I am excited to see how the scheduling of all these separate tours play out. I think the Royals (and their advisors) are riding this 'surge' in popularity wisely. From the Weddings, to the Jubilee, then the Olympics - there are many opportunties for the entire Royal Family to make headlines. I expect Harry wont disappoint, and I'm looking forward to seeing him work the crowds in Belize, Jamaica amd the Bahamas! :D

:thanks: for the link, its the first time I've heard Jamie Lowther Pinkerton's voice too, pleasant and well spoken.

I stand corrected, Prince Harry will be doing the overseas trip representing the QEII in celebration of the Jubilee next month, when I thought it would be around May.

New Providence is the most populous island in the Bahamas.
