I would have said Chelsy but I don't want her in the midst of that circus.

All I can say is that I do not envy the girl one bit whoever she is. She is not going to have it easy at all!!. The press will finally get another whipping girl. And b4 anyone says otherwise; I know that there cannot be 2 good princesses. The media will not get anything out of that. Two goody two shoes do not sell papers. They already have one 'Perfect' Princess all they are waiting for is their scape goat. And imagine the constant comparison to Kate  :ugh:. Her family will also be compared to the Midds

BTW, i think all that the girl will be coming into is work and protocol. Harry's days of having fun and people overlooking it are gone. From now on, any girl he dates will be overly scrutinised and will have to conform. Chelsy's timing was perfect - perfect time to enter his life and perfect time to exit

My dream girlfriend for Prince Harry is Florence Brudenell-Bruce, she would be an excellent addition to the BRF, she would rival Catherine in most aspects.

^ I beg to differ. Flee will not. The press will crucify her!!. They will dig up stuff. Remember that horrible story and  picture about her brother that  ran in the DM 3 days after the story of her dating Harry broke. Lets not forget, she sells underwear for a living. I am sorry but that is a big NO NO for me    . An underwear model, who has displayed all her bits in magazines for money. No no. Call me conservative but NO!. I want someone with a respectable occupation not someone posing half naked to sell underwear.

Oh but I do like her, I think she has what it takes to do the Princess with Harry.  I don't see anything wrong with her profession, actually I like the photographic evidence we have to-date.

Yes, the Daily Mail exposed her entire family and will expose whoever Harry dates.

Trivia: Florence's brother recently had his art exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery during December running January, she was advising/helping Guy Pelly in choosing some art.

completely disagree, a lingerie model who harry used for a booty call is hardly a good choice of princess IMO

No Flee please. It is about time the RF have a real role model for young ladies to emulate. Showing off your panties splashed accross the magazine is hardly that. Lets not forget that front page cover of Tatlers in which she wore no top and just covered her breast with a hat. ONLY A HAT  for God's sake!! Harry should please leave the underwear models for guys in the entertainment industry to marry. Not into the Royal family. Can you imagine what the men will be thinking as she is performing her Royal duties   :laugh10:.

Since I had my daughter, I have taken exception to any thing that portrays women as a sex object. (e,g using near naked women to sell anything from apple to zip. Lets not forget the ladies in their underwear dancing in music videos  :ugh: :ugh:) Using a woman to sell underwear qualifies as that IMO.  Modelling clothes, shoes and accessories is fine, but under wear is a   . Why use a person, why not use a mannequin instead?

I am sorry if I come accross as judgemental but this is one of the few things that I feel strongly about. Usually I am fine with most things but not this. So NO FLEE pleeeeassse Harrrry. What kind of role model will that be.

^Everybody here knows how I feel about my girl Chelsy  but I don't think Flee would be a "bad role model" the girl comes from a good family and had a great education plus she doesn't just model lingerie she likes to act and is an art collector and from what I gathered she does charity so in my book she would be good Princess .

I really don't see him getting married anytime in the near future...let alone predict the type of girl he'll marry.  I really can't see him getting married till he's in his late 30's/40...it may be old...but I think he loves his career and being single too much right now.

I think it all depends if he finds a balance in his relationship with Chelsy they might marry pretty soon if it is not written in their destiny who knows if he meets someone this year by 2013/2014 when he is 29/30 he might be headed  at the altar with said girl I think saying he will marry when he is 40 is overreaching .

I agre that Flee would be a great princess. She ticks on many of the boxes for a great addition to the royal family. She has her problems (lingerie modeling being the #1 culprit), but at this point, any girl Harry dates will have a lot of skeletons in her closet, unless he dates a young virgin, which I don't see happening. Harry is still hooking up with girls in his age group and good for him. Also he likes them a little on the wild side, so that means in this day and age a girl with a lot compromising photos on the FB.

Just because Diana and Fergie were the good and bad princesses, that doesn't mean the same will apply to Catherine and the new girl. For one thing, Catherine is not as beloved as Diana is. She may well become the boring princess who does little to Harry's new girl if she turns out to be a career woman involved in charity or better a military person.

@psm I agree Kate isn't Diana and people aren't exactly bowing down to her like they did with Diana so I don't get why people think Harry's wife would "loose" to her  I believe she will be better than Kate whose name is "Duchess Do Little"  :hehe: and the press will take notice if you look at the girls Harry dated (Chelsy, Flee) they are better than Kate my girl Chelsy for example  would take all the shine from boring Kate just with her outgoing personality all she needs to do is hire a stylist which I bet you she would have no problem doing .

Please stay on topic.  This thread is about Prince Harry - not a thread to compare Kate and Diana.  :flower:

ITA with you Eri, I think should Chelsy go to Harry tomorrow and say OK I am ready conform to your lifestyle and marry you; lets start afresh and forgive each other for any hurt we might have caused each other (provided he still has feelings for her), he will marry in about three or four years time guaranteed.

I think all his comments about not wanting to marry for a long time and 100% single may be because he and her finally had "The talk" SERIOUSLY after the Royal Wedding (and Chelsy's actions afterwards whatever that might be) and that made him realise that  his future regarding who he will marry is all up in the air at that point. So should she do a 360 degree turnaround, he will marry her by age 30 at the most.  All his comments strikes me as I.A.O

Since we ALL don't know what is actually going on, my guess is this,  I think right now, Harry is flexing his muscles and showing Chelsy who is the boss, He is saying that he has options and can do without her. Should they ever come back together after this break up, Chelsy will not pull that  ' I love you but the royal life is not for me' stunt ever again. He would have straigthened her out!

^ :goodpost: I also think Harry is showing his teeth to Chelsy so to speak to see how far her stance will go in hopes she will bow down I just wish he takes it to the other level (not just ranting about how he is single and won't marry) and finds himself a girl to show off for the paps and for the press to go crazy about all this while changing his phone number and "forgetting" her address see how Miss.Independent handles it...

^ I think that line of thinking assumes that Harry is hurt Chelsy is not committing. I see proof of otherwise. From all his actions, Harry comes off as someone who is not ready to settle down but wants to play the field. He seems happy and is quite willing to jump from one no-strings-attached relationship to another. His fling with Flee and why it's ended (if we believe one of the reports, his wandering eye) are both proofs of that.

Chelsy and Harry have been photographed, hugging each other, pleased to see each other in one occasion since their split. That does not look like there are any hard feelings, or at least not any more. Both have happily moved on and minding their own business, enjoying their lives. I doubt Harry is trying to prove something to Chelsy and try to make her make a commitment. In fact I get the vibe that Chelsy is more willing to settle down than Harry is. She's after all made all the right moves that would position her permanently in Harry's life, getting her education in England, getting and apartment close to his place and now working in London.

I doubt we will see Harry settling down any time soon. He just does not seem ready and he does not have his brother's motivation to settle down either. I bet he is enjoying being the only single British prince.

That said, I would not be surprised if he meets a girl, falls in love and marries her, all too fast. He seems to be someone who thinks more with his heart and makes impulsive decisions.

I agree with you, psm. Despite I really like them as a couple and I hope they can get back together again, I dont think that Harry looks like he wants to settle down. I believe he is enjoying being single, having freedom, can kiss wherever he wants. If he is using as a cover (well, that is a possibility) for not showing his pain over the break up, he really is doing it well. This time the break up looks different, and maybe harry is not the one who wants to desperate get back with her like the last time.

Some random girl no one knows about. Chelsy and Harry have been over for about a year; if they've moved on it's time their fans do as well. Also The good Princess/bad Princess was already utilized for Kate and Chelsy even when they were still just gfs. Which is surprising because very little about Chelsy screamed wild child to me. Ooo she wears skirt that stop at her mid thigh...how shocking.

For the records, although I like them together, I don't think they should marry. I prefer them as good  friends. Harry might have moved on or may be showing off no one here knows for sure. It is all a matter of opinion really.

But like with all things, time will either prove some of us right or wrong. In the meantime, lets enjoy the speculations as to what they will do next. I am not expecting much in 2012. 2013 is the year that will prove interesting IMO
