Whats up with Posts

If I may ask why the new note that posts will not be shown until approved by a moderator?.

The new software automatically detects which post to send through for Moderator Approval before appearing on the public boards.

So this is for only public viewing or does it also effect members?.

It affects any and all types of post on all the boards.

For example, lets say we get a member and all of the sudden that member begins to spam the board with content that breaks our rules, and a Moderator proceeds to intervene by either editing/moving/removing the post(s)... the software is designed to detect these 'Moderator interventions' and the more 'interventions' are accumulated the higher the chances are that the software will automatically moderate any and all posts from that member for several hours/days.

Thanks for the explanation Windsor!! It is tied to the new PM warning system that we just turned on yesterday (url: http://royalinsight.net/forum/index.php/topic,51730.msg1061451.html#msg1061451). We had the settings a bit too restrictive - this has been changed, so you won't see that message anymore
