General Forum Information



1. Members can block PMs from other members (others than the moderating team) to whom they don't wish to chat. However, if these PM's are harassing, defamatory, abusive... please contact an Admin.

2. If members would like to add original content to the news site (http://royalinsight.net) please contact an Admin.

3. Members can change their usernames if they wish. For this contact an Admin.

4. If anyone wants to contribute information or pictures to the locked threads contact an Admin or a Moderator of that board and they'll add them for you.

5. If you have problems when adding a picture for your avatar or signature, contact an Ambassador

6. You can hide your email address from the public by going to your Profile -> Account Related Settings.

7. Posting in the Games forum will not increase your post count.

8. Linking to blogs is OK, as long as the content is age-appropriate and of interest to our forum members. Linking to other forums is not OK, and will result in your post being edited.


FAQ

Why can't I....

... view another member's profile?
               To protect the privacy of our members, profiles are only available to view when you reach 25 posts. This allows everyone to get to know each other before making personal details available.

... use the search function?
               We appreciate that this forum is a source of information about the world's royal families. However, we would be nothing without our fabulous members who contribute to the discussion. Therefore, the search function is only available to members with 25 or more posts.

... increase my post count in the Games board?
               Post count contributes to a member's status level on the forum- the more posts you make, the higher your rank. Therefore, we want to reward those members who make regular contributions to the main areas of the forum, rather then members who make many 1 word posts in the Games board.

Royal Insight Columnists

We invite requests from all members interested in joining the Royal Insight Columnists group.  This special group of dedicated members regularly write fresh and original articles for Royal Insight News to help all our members and followers keep abreast of the world of royalty.   

All we ask is that those members who register an interest have been a member of the Royal Insight forum for at least six months and can provide an original sample of work that demonstrates an ability to produce original prose and a good grasp of English.   Important: We cannot accept any writing which has been copied or amended from other sources.
