I believe this story to be true!  No baby till late 2013.

Pippa doing charity work now apparently!

No where did Catherine or William say there would be no baby nor did they or have they ever spoke of their conception plans. Thread title is incorrect and misleading.

I agree. William didn't tell anyone including his brother when and if he would propose to Kate. So, I doubt they are sharing baby plans with any "source".

Getting married and babies are two things that I don't see him or Kate talking about with anyone.  They are the only ones who know their plans.

Given that the BRF is over crowded anyways and it's not like other heirs are needed Id rather see her work start make her own mark she is still young the heirs will come eventually I don't know why the press is all over this it's only been 9 months.

Of course the article is rumour and assumption. Most articles are.  It's likely based on the preconception that the entire RF will be occupying themselves with the Jubilee and Olympics this year thus the media are hedging their bets that a child will be on the back burner.

They're both young and have plenty of time to conceive. It's just another media prediction game. First the proposal, then came the wedding date and details and now it's all about the baby.  I just wonder what the media will do once they've created their little family and there's little left to predict

^^ We'll have pictures of the family, like we did with Charles/Diana/William/Harry.

Yes we will, although that's not predictive which is what I was speaking of.

Sure it is.  The public will be anxious to see the baby's first steps, first words, first day at school, etc. ... the same as with Charles and Diana.

I'm not convinced people/the media will be predicting what the baby's first words will be or when it will take it's first steps.  Where it will be schooled, perhaps.

Good Morning All!

My thoughts on a new baby are... she will get pregnant this year birth will be early next year.  Harry is the spare, who is going gung ho for the

front lines as fast as possible. Sorry to say Afghanistan is war he will be in danger every day. If Catherine were to get pregnant within the next

3 months we would not "find out" "CH" for 4 months theoretically.  Year would be 3 quarters through.  Missed everyone!  :high5:

 Succinct.  Good Morning, tully5!  Or good afternoon, from my neck of the woods :teehee:

I agree with your theory that the Jubilee and Olympics wouldn't necessarily stop them conceiving.  People just don't put personal plans like that on hold because of national events.

Still, I find it odd to discuss their pregnancy plans.  It's a little imposing and I have my limitations

I am afraid that Clarence House may be preparing us for the fact that there will be no babies. Kate is awful thin to the point of starting to appear ill and biologically she is running out of time. I am sure they have probably had tests done and maybe just maybe they are wanting to let the public down gently. :(

Hmm... I [personally] don't think that's the case. Yes, Kate is mighty thin and being underweight does affect fertility but that's nothing 14 lbs wouldn't sort out.  And I wouldn't say she's running out of time at 30.  Women are having children well into their 40's nowadays.

Welcome to the forum btw, snokitty :wavey:

Something has been off about the baby thing from day one (at least in my opinion) but I think that even if  one of them has problems conceiving they are very rich they have access to the best medicine can offer there is no doubt in my mind she will be pregnant in the near feature I see no reason why to obsess about it babies will come eventually.

Why would William who clearly wants privacy or Kate (who from day one did not blab to the press about anything really personal) tell them when they are planning to conceive the baby? Doesn't make sense. next they will claim that WIlliam told them what contraceptives they use and when Kate's "fertile" times are. The press is out of line here.

^ The press might be out of line, Sandy, but it's par for the course, I'm afraid.  As soon as they tied the knot, it was inevitable that the headlines would start to proliferate concerning when the couple might become pregnant!  No surprises there, whatsoever.

Since they have been together for so many years I was sure the reason for the wedding was that they had decided to start a family, or to take attention away from the bad publicity that Prince Andrew was getting right before the announcement. Women do have children past thirty but there is a greater chance of complications after the age of 30. They may never have children because there is a long line of other Royals to take the throne anyway. The Royal Family will make many changes when Charles becomes King so who knows what the future will bring.

I read somewhere - as usual I don't know where - that they were looking into having 'a little help' from professionals.
Ooooooohhhhhh- now THAT"S going to start the rumour mill.

If there is a problem I see nothing wrong with them fixing it by getting help  other than that I am shocked to learn only 22 years old girls can get through a pregnancy you live and learn I guess  :eyes:.

No of course there's nothing wrong with 'a little help'.
What do you mean by only 22 year old girls can get through a pregnancy?

Where did you learn that only 22 year old girls can go through pregnancy. Speaking as someone who had their last one at 27 I can honestly tell you that is not true. Your source is wrong. Sorry :blowkiss:

I am new to the whole forum thing and if I have offended youHarryforlife25, I apologize.
