PRINCE William's wife Kate made him a hunk in trunks with a saucy Valentine's gift — a pair of boxer shorts.
he Duchess of Cambridge popped into one of her favourite shops for the £25 Ralph Lauren pants.

It is understood she posted the medium-size undies to the Falkland Islands, where Wills is serving as an RAF search and rescue helicopter pilot, in time for Valentine's Day on Tuesday.

Kate's prezzie came to light yesterday — just as The Sun told how she let slip that romantic Wills, 29, had sent her flowers and a card saying: "Missing you."

This is so ridiculous, I highly doubt that was what she sent him for Valentine's Day. I'm sure he just needed some extra! A little too much info anyway.

It (the article) can be believable or Duncan had an 'educated guess', the MOD has a once a week courier service to its military around the world, including war zones.  Other than, the MOD has vastly improved in telecommunications between military personnel and their families. They have a highly secure e-mail service through their own lines, rather than any of what we citizens of the world use, i.e. hotmail, gmail, skype, etc., plus they can, if they wish, use the ones we use, but its not so secure.

Yeah, it's a little TMI ... but if she did include a note that said "Missing you", I'd guess the underpants weren't the important part of the gift.  The message was.   On the other hand, I feel sorry for her that someone would leak this to the media.

How true. She could smarten him up the way Diana did Charles. He wears far too much blue and his ties have no pizazz. Lots of women get their husband's "themed" underwear for calendar occasions, like briefs or boxers with hearts for Valentine's , bunnies for Easter, Santas for Christmas, bats for Halloween or maybe a four leafed clover print for St Paddy's Day. I know I do.  The all black ones sound boring and not like something Kate would purchase.
