The official reports state that he needed to prepare for the visit of Qatar's emir, however rumors that he was ill made headlines.
With upwards of 40 foreign royals descending on London this weekend for the Royal Wedding, lets take a look at who will be here, and where they will be staying. Keep in mind that Queen Elizabeth's cousin, Lady Elizabeth Anson is hosting a pre-wedding dinner at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Hyde Park for the British and foreign royals and some selected weddings guests. While many royals have been spotted entering that hotel, we cannot be sure if they are arriving for the dinner, or will be staying there as well.
The Prince Felipe, the Prince of Asturias is in Israel on an official visit to the country to commemorate the 25 anniversary of diplomatic relations between the State of Israel and the Kingdom of Spain.

Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden and her husband Prince Daniel will represent the Swedish Monarchy at the Royal Wedding of Prince William to Catherine Middleton.
The Princess who recently married Daniel Westling in Stockholm announced she would attend. It is unclear whether the King and Queen will be attending the wedding. The Crown Princess is set to celebrate her own wedding anniversary in June.
