The Norwegian royals lead the country in mourning Monday, following Friday's slaughter on Utøya island. Crown Prince Haakon made numerous speeches that day, saying that the "streets are filled with love" and reminding Norwegians that they "have the power to meet hate with togetherness." Over 100,000 Norwegians came out for the rally.
Crown Princess Mette-Marit's step-brother, policeman Trond Berntsen, was among the dozens killed by Anders Behring Breivik.
